A kayaking experience is a great way to get your team working together in a completely new environment. While they don’t specifically have to cooperate to complete the event, just the very nature of the environment will ensure they communicate and encourage each other.

Your team will relish the opportunity to try a new and exciting activity in a tranquil and beautiful location, a stress-free experience that will leave them wanting to hit the water again! As well as a new adventure, this is the perfect opportunity for your team to get to know each other and all have something in common, with the scope to develop their new hobby together in the future!

The event will be tailored to the group and their individual needs and abilities, and those who want to test their new skills can be set extra challenges including confidence-boosting team games with raft and ball games, and those who are extra confident can even try capsizing!

If your team are really keen you could make a day of it and let them experience both these paddle sports with a day of canoeing and kayaking.
